Colorectal cancer (CRC) cases are on the rise among younger individuals.
Experts recommend that those with a family history of colon cancer undergo screening by age 40, or even earlier. To combat Singapore’s second deadliest cancer, you can now conveniently perform a colorectal cancer screening from the comfort of your home.
If you meet the following criteria, you can collect a free Faecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) kit at over 100 locations across the island!
- You're a Singaporean or permanent resident
- You're 50 years old or above
- You haven’t done a Faecal Immunochemical Test in the last 12 months
- You haven’t had a colonoscopy in the last 10 years or otherwise advised by your doctor
- You currently have no abnormal gastrointestinal symptoms

This free screening programme is initiated by the Singapore Cancer Society, and Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore) is one of the distribution partners for the test kits. Eligible individuals can collect the FIT kits throughout the year during operating hours at the following Tzu Chi establishments:
- Lakeside Family Medicine Clinic
- Tzu Chi Gym Tonic (Khatib)
- Tzu Chi Seniors Engagement & Enabling Node (Bukit Batok)
- Tzu Chi Seniors Engagement & Enabling Node (Nanyang)

Tzu Chi Great Love Preschool is celebrating its 10th anniversary!

From its humble beginnings with just one school in Yishun, the preschool has grown to three campuses, now also located in Toa Payoh and Sengkang.
To mark this significant milestone, we warmly invited all alumni, parents, volunteers, and teachers to join us for a special “10th Anniversary and Alumni Dinner Gathering” on the evening of August 24th at the Tzu Chi Humanistic Youth Centre.
